Location: Jakarta

Salary range: up to IDR 31 mio / month (gross)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min. Bachelor degree from any majors.
• Min. 7 years previous role as Marketing Manager.
• Experience in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Medical Devices is preferred.
• Mandatory expertise in Marketing Strategy & Budget, Brand Activation, Digital Marketing, Seminar & Events, Sponsorship, and Press Release / Media Relations.
• Strong leadership & people management.
• Willing to travel around Indonesia.

5 KEY RESULTS
Effectiveness of sales & marketing strategies as evidenced periodically by:

1. Achievement of sales targets.
2. Innovation in products development.
3. The balance of product pricing & profit margin.
4. Attainment of profitability targets across products & service offerings.
5. Effectiveness of follow-up strategies with customers.
