Location: Cikarang Selatan

Salary range: Start from IDR 6 mio / month (negotiable)

Job Description:

• Will be simultaneously also functioned as HR Officer.
• Create schedule technical training program.
• Create the Technical Training Module.
• Translate the manual book / work instruction to the presentation material.
• Monitoring & evaluate the training result.
• Establish & maintain good relationship with external party, such as schools, and other education institutions.

Job Requirements:

• Male / Female, preferably max. 30 years old.
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with GPA 2,75 or higher.
• Min. 2 years experience as Technical Trainer are prefered.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 are prefered.
• Good knowledge of TNA & RoTI will be advantage.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skill.
• Strong analytical & leadership skill.
• Fluent in English will be big advantage.
• Mandatory knowledge of MS Office.
