1. ITSM/Helpdesk Coordinator
Requirements:
- Min. Experience 5 years related
- Experience in cutover and PGLS, e.g. managing cutover plan & activities, work with end users on closing queries
- Experience in working with various key stakeholders and vendors
- Having good communication skills in English
- Join date: Immediately
2. PMO Support
Requirements:
- Min. Experience 5 years related
- Experience in project management, e.g. planning, status reporting, project coordination, issues & risks escalation, actions tracking
- Experience in working with various key stakeholders and vendors
- Experience in PGLS Support Plus
- Having good communication skills in English
- Join date: Immediately
3. Dealer Management System (DMS)
Requirements:
- Understands End to End Auto Dealer operation (2 wheeler is a plus) from sales, services and spare parts.
- Able to guide the team to prepare the to-be process flows of the auto dealer operation activities
- Has gathered users expectations and created system requirements of to-be functionalities needed in a Dealer Management System (DMS) for auto dealer.
- Need to understand the integration between one functionalities to another functionalities
- Has implemented a Dealer Management Systems and possible adding the Digital component into the DMS
- Experiences in 2 wheeler auto dealer at India/China/Thailand will be a plus.
- Dealer Management System (DMS) experiences that knows the end to end process and has implemented
- Able to discuss the concept with the hiring manager, not only implementing skill. Good analytical skill.
- Having good consulting skill
- Client facing experience is a plus point
- Having good communication skills in English
