Legal Counsel

We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel who responsible for the effective and efficient management of the Legal Team, provision of legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal. Responsible to identify legal issues and provide legal opinion and advice for senior level management on highly technical matters.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Have a skill for drafting legal contract and contract review.
• Understood about Corporate / Business Law.
• Understood about Labor Law.
• Experienced in managing company licenses.
• Required language.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal drafting and review legal document.
• Provide and continuing counsel and guidance on legal concerns for the company.
• Responsible to provide legal opinion and assistance to the company as required.
• Responsible for company licensing, administration, and documents.
• Responsible for resolve labor issues.
• Responsible for monitoring & reporting the deadline of employment contracts.
• Established good relationship with employee, government, lawyer, notary public, agencies, etc
