Customer Support Executive

redBus is the world largest bus ticketing, We are looking for passionate candidates to be part of our indonesia Team as Customer support executive.
Base location : Jakarta
Requirement :
- Very Good Communication skill
- At least Have 2 years Experience in the same field
- Fluent in english both oral and written.
- Good Attitude and high initiatives
- Problem Solving skill
- Willing to work in Shifting
- Good Analytical
- Having experience in Tourism/Travel Agent is a plus
- Good in Bahasa
- Handle Customer Queries from Various Channels
- Ensure all the cases solved
- Follow Up refund and reschedule request
- Follow Up Payment related
