Merchant Support Staff

Responsibilities:
- Check the completeness of the merchant documents.
- Send the merchant documents that has met the requirements to the Bank.
- Send the Cooperation Agreement signed by both Parties to the Merchant.
- Input Merchant and Bank data in back office (IMS) of Company.
- Manage the Disclaimer process from the Merchant.
- Check the holiday settlement at back office (IMS).
- Report the Merchant acquisition status.
- Coordinate well with the Marketing Department and IT Department related to Merchants who make Disclaimer.
- Provide a timely report to the CEO regarding progress of the Merchant.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
- Bachelor’s degree from Marketing/Communication/Business Administration with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Familiar with e-commerce industries.
- Friendly, effective communication skills and customer service minded.
- Highly analytical skill and initiative attitude.
- Must understand in the e-commerce industry.
