Responsibilities:
  • Check the completeness of the merchant documents.
  • Send the merchant documents that has met the requirements to the Bank.
  • Send the Cooperation Agreement signed by both Parties to the Merchant.
  • Input Merchant and Bank data in back office (IMS) of Company.
  • Manage the Disclaimer process from the Merchant.
  • Check the holiday settlement at back office (IMS).
  • Report the Merchant acquisition status.
  • Coordinate well with the Marketing Department and IT Department related to Merchants who make Disclaimer.
  • Provide a timely report to the CEO regarding progress of the Merchant.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
  • Bachelor’s degree from Marketing/Communication/Business Administration with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Familiar with e-commerce industries.
  • Friendly, effective communication skills and customer service minded.
  • Highly analytical skill and initiative attitude.
  • Must understand in the e-commerce industry.
