Vendor Management Sr. Staff

Job Description:
- Coordinate with transport operation team to obtain the description of business process of each project and the volume that will be offered to vendors.
- Create and analyze some scenarios to determine the pricing strategy before getting the approval from transport manager.
- Negotiate with trucking vendors in terms of cost, payment terms, and performance requirement.
- Request for qoutation from trucking vendors as per customer request.
- Ascertaining vendor’s compliance to legal and administrative requirement are completed.
- Liaise with transport operation and safety team in monitoring the performance of transport vendors.
- Collaborate with finance operation in monitoring and making financial settlement of trucking vendors invoices.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Engineering (Industrial), Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): negotiation, purchasing, Vendor Management.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experiences in Trucking Company
