Job Description:
  • Coordinate with transport operation team to obtain the description of business process of each project and the volume that will be offered to vendors.
  • Create and analyze some scenarios to determine the pricing strategy before getting the approval from transport manager.
  • Negotiate with trucking vendors in terms of cost, payment terms, and performance requirement.
  • Request for qoutation from trucking vendors as per customer request.
  • Ascertaining vendor’s compliance to legal and administrative requirement are completed.
  • Liaise with transport operation and safety team in monitoring the performance of transport vendors.
  • Collaborate with finance operation in monitoring and making financial settlement of trucking vendors invoices.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Engineering (Industrial), Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): negotiation, purchasing, Vendor Management.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experiences in Trucking Company
  • Head office : Tebet, MT. Haryono, South Jakarta
