Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a data analyst role.
2. Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation
3. Proven experience with Python (specifically libraries like pandas and numpy) for data analysis
4. Hands-on experience with at least one major BI tool: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
5. Practical experience using cloud data platforms, specifically GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage)
6. A demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand business processes to provide relevant insights.
7. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field like Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using Bl tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to support business decisions
2. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights on several projects and business operations.
3. Data Management: Utilize strong SQL and Python skills to independently query, clean, transform, and prepare complex datasets for analysis.
4. Data Pipeline Development: Build and manage data pipelines to automate and streamline data collection and analysis workflows
5. Cloud Platform Operations: Manage and query large datasets within our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, primarily using BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
6. Business Collaboration: Work with project managers and business stakeholders to translate their requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions
