Capabilities and Experience:
  1. Experience working with Assets and administration.
  2. Experience working with IT Ticketing on incident, request and their prioritization & SLA fulfillment.
  3. Motivated to do work around, resolving problems and escalation to next level support.
  4. Able to connect the dot between users and IT.
  5. Able to communicate and advise users on how to connect with IT to create tickets and get support.
  6. Periodic coordination with L2 and L3 IT for IT Operation coordination.
  7. Agile and adaptable to evolving business needs and way of work.
Main Job:
  1. Provide 1st level IT Support thru remote, chat, call, email and walk in users for All Business Location in Indonesia
  2. Connecting and persuade user to always connect with IT on IT troubleshooting and request matter with proper way (by ticket, chat and call)
  3. IT Asset Management (send, receive, store and record)
  4. Maintain and update IT documentation include but not limited with IT configuration, IT Tutorial, etc
  5. Connect and escalate to L2/L3 for request / incident as needed
  6. Prioritize for on-call support during major IT incidents
  7. Support and be part of IT Service Delivery Department for all IT implementation, duty and support
  8. Execute daily IT system checks to ensure business readiness and promptly escalate any identified issues on time
