Capabilities and Experience:
- Experience working with Assets and administration.
- Experience working with IT Ticketing on incident, request and their prioritization & SLA fulfillment.
- Motivated to do work around, resolving problems and escalation to next level support.
- Able to connect the dot between users and IT.
- Able to communicate and advise users on how to connect with IT to create tickets and get support.
- Periodic coordination with L2 and L3 IT for IT Operation coordination.
- Agile and adaptable to evolving business needs and way of work.
Main Job:
- Provide 1st level IT Support thru remote, chat, call, email and walk in users for All Business Location in Indonesia
- Connecting and persuade user to always connect with IT on IT troubleshooting and request matter with proper way (by ticket, chat and call)
- IT Asset Management (send, receive, store and record)
- Maintain and update IT documentation include but not limited with IT configuration, IT Tutorial, etc
- Connect and escalate to L2/L3 for request / incident as needed
- Prioritize for on-call support during major IT incidents
- Support and be part of IT Service Delivery Department for all IT implementation, duty and support
- Execute daily IT system checks to ensure business readiness and promptly escalate any identified issues on time
