Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, especially in e-commerce business will be an advantage.
• Have experiences in capital and corporate law
• Min. 24 years-old, Max. 30 years-old
• Familiar with UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13 Thn 2003
• Actively doing consultation and giving advise to the management & employee related to the goverment.
• Updating the goverment regulation to management and ensure that the regulations are implement at all departement.
• Provide expert legal support to ensure that all activities of the company.
• Ensuring that all the licence, agreements and permits of the company are valid and renewing legal document permitt before it lapses.
• Make Employee Contract, Reporting and Controling PKWT & PKWTT
• Can Handle BKPM regulation by online, LKPM Online, experience on make IUI, IUP,API/P, NIK, TDP and legal documents.
• Familiar with Regulation about Working  Visa and Business Visa for Expatriat, RPTKA,IMTA, VTT/KITTAS, EPO etc
• Bridging the legalization of corporate actions such as agreements with third parties, includes legal drafting, legal opinion and legal review.
