Legal Staff

Linc Group is hiring and looking for someone who expertise in manufacture to join with our agile team as Legal Staff

Jobdesc:

• Compliance with the Law and Regulation
• Monitor implementation of Legal Procedure, Corporate Licences and Drafting Legal Agreement
• Familiar with Indonesia Law and related goverment regulations
• Research Provide data and information and supporting documents to company/Corporate Legal
• Develope and recommend company policy and position on legal issues
• Liasing with the company's external lawyers in case of ligitation

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, majoring Law
• Fluent in Envglish is a must, written and oral
• Having experience working in a Logistics or Corporate law company
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in prominent law firm of multinational company will be a big advantage
• Compliance with the Law and Regulation
• Develop and monitor implementation of Legal Procedure, Corporate Licences and Drafting Legal Agreement
• Familiar with Indonesia Law and related goverment regulations
• Research provide data and information and supporting documents to company/Corporate Legal
• Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues
• Liasing with the company's external lawyers in case of ligitation
• Have a supporting mindset and works well individually or in team
• Willing be place at Jakarta Selatan
