Requirements:

• Male, max 40 years old
• Min (S1) Civil / Structural Engineering background
• Min experience 8 years on the same position in construction company for  high rise building or industrial projects
• Leadership, hard worker, and can be a motivator for the team and able to work under pressure
• Able to manage vendors and subcontractors
• Good communication in English
• Computer literate, AutoCAD and Primavera (logical programming)
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Willing to be placed on project site (Outside Jakarta)
