Operation Executive

PT Altus Logistics Services Indonesia is a leading provider of integrated logistics services to the Energy sector in Indonesia.  Our company has grown in Indonesia and Southeast Asia over the years and continues to expand worldwide to encompass over 700 employees and 35 offices in 11 countries.

We are searching for a Operation Executive to assist in managing day to day operation in our Manpower Service Department. This position will be based in Main Office - Jakarta and reporting to Manpower Service Manager, and will be expected to:

Preparing the process of contract in-place including recruitment process, material and equipment required for operation needs.
Conduct the socialization and communication with personnel due to their right and obligation related to the contract, and build understand within the personnel of their agreement’s term and condition.
Maintain customer satisfaction expectation and handling complaint related to the contract.
Monitoring the personnel required documents for payment and invoicing (ie : timesheet, expense claim report and cash advance request, etc).
Controlling Database and filling system so that document placed in appropriate folder either hard or soft document.

Your Profile and Strengths:  Graduated with Diploma or Bachelor program, having at least min. 2-3 year experience in outsourcing business or HR area, good communication skill both Bahasa  and English, familiar with Microsoft Office and other software as the advantage point. You are experienced in handle people complain refer to their contract and applicable regulation, able to combine procedural & strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and have a proactive can-do attitude (with minimum supervision) and able to combine deadline, multitasking, having proactive & positive attitude in team work and fast respond on company order that regular and systematic, and deliver development initiatives with the ability to lead.
