Our client is looking for candidates for the following position :

 1. Sales Manager (Cikarang)
     Job description :

• Responsible for working with business leadership and plant managers to develop the annual sales plan and leading the sales organization to achieve established sales goals.
• Managing the pricing process and the sales budget; and managing the sales team to ensure growth, pricing, collections, and selling expense objectives are met.
• Utilize CRM to drive and monitor sales activity within the sales group to optimize growth and attracting, developing and retaining a high performing and safe sales force.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and annual merit delivery as well as calculate monthly commission payments and administering the sales incentive plan.
• Provide advice and support to business leadership regarding plans and objectives for present and/or future sales opportunities in order to create conditions for the growth of the business.

Experience :

• Male/Female, age 35-45 years old
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales in the coating business: marketing pigments, resins, additives, etc. - Highly motivated, able to identify and forecast market trends and adjust business strategy

2. Technical Manager (Cikarang)
    Job description :

• Synthetic Resins Experts / Chemists.
• Creating innovations in synthetic resins product family for both solvent and water based products.
• Forming company’s strategy by developing ideas for innovative products considering market trends and actions taken by the competitors and supervising the development process of those products.

Experience :

• Expertise in the synthetic resins field. A person considered as a top-class expert, widely known authority – experienced in research and development and operating a business environment.
• Experience in running a business or working for an international corporation (strategy, R&D, business development).
• Exceptional knowledge of the chemical industry trends, market needs, segments and key accounts.
• Ability to identify and forecast market trends.
• Ability to shape business strategy.
• Experience in conducting R&D activities and innovation processes.
