Compensation and Benefit Supervisor

PT. Motasa Indonesia is opening an opportunity for Compensation and Benefit Supervisor position.

Requirements:

1. Maximum age of 30 years old
2. Minimum education Bachelor in Economics (S1)
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field
4. Familliar with Indonesian Health Care Insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) and National Social Security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) regulations
5. Understand assurance claims
6. Understand labor regulations
7. Able to work with Microsoft Office (Excel - Pivot Table, VLookup, HLookup)
8. Willing to be place in Waru - Sidoarjo or Mojokerto
