Office Executive

The OFFICE EXECUTIVE is responsible for maintaining schedules, paperwork, reporting, and day to day office work.
Daily activities include payroll, time-sheet, billing, invoice, bookkeeping, office management, data entry and all general clerical and administrative support duties that are specialized to the management and virtual assistant team.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Must have 2+ years experience in administration, HR or secretarial work
- Tech-savvy
- English skill
- Should be a highly organized person and able to handle a heavy workload.
- Extremely motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and ability to multitask.
The successful applicant must be detailed oriented, a self-starter and have strong communication skills.
