FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Requirement :

• Bachelor degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Management 
• Experience 3 years as a Finance / Accounting Supervisor 
• Understanding System Finance & Accounting software (accurate) and excellence microsoft excel 
• Understanding cash management, accounting principals, banking, auditing process and finance system 
• Good leadership, good team management, accurate and organized 
• Good in English 
• Placement : Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.

Job Description :

• Logging payments and maintaining financial records 
• Carried out financial auditing procedures 
• Maintain accuracy of accounting data 
• Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments. 
• Provide and controlling cash in and cash out everyday 
• Controlling cash flow and internal budget 
• Supervising the making of invoices / bills as well as tax invoice and accounts receivable billing company. 
• Maintain accounts payable and account receivable system.
