Training & Talent Specialist

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors etc.
  • Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
  • Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
  • Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual to optimize training.
  • Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
  • Plan, develop and execute Talent Development Program.
  • Handle all related task in scope of training, learning and talent development including management trainee program.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Management, Communication (highly preferable)
  • English speaking & writing is mandatory
  • Having min 3 years experience in handling Training/Learning and Development in previous company
  • Strong training delivery skills : presentation and public speaking
  • Familiar with online Learning Management System & Virtual Training Class
  • Excellent communication skill is mandatory for this position
  • Positive poise, people oriented personality
