IT Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to be part of our growing operation, filling the role of IT Support Engineer in Sidoarjo, East Java.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with an strong IT background, friendly personality who enjoys interacting with other people. This individual should be comfortable communicating directly with users, especially by phone and emails.

This position requires a (vaforable) 3 years IT Technical Support experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office application is necessary.

Capable to communicate well in English (it is a must).
