Corporate Finance & Investor Relation Head
(Head Office Location)

Qualification :

• Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Min 10 yrs experiences in Corporate Finance / Investor Relation position
• Strong record of building positive long-term relations with Equity Research analysts & the investors
• Excellent understanding of securities disclosure rules as well as regulations
• Thorough knowledge and expertise in capital markets and performance metrics for public companies
• Very familiar with valuation & financial modeling techniques used by investors & analysts
• A deep understanding of trends in capital markets, macroeconomics, competitors & customer trends
• Excellent communication skills, good in details, well organized & accurate
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality data & document.
• Willingness to travel on short notice
• Good English proficiency both verbal & written
