HR Manager

Our client is manufacturing company which is established more than 30 years with growing market in Southeast and East Asia. They are inviting ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join as:

HR MANAGER

1. Preferably Male, maximum 45 years old
2. Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Law, Economy or Psychology
3. Min 10 years’ experience in handling HR cycle from Man Power Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relation, Compensation and Benefits, Legal, Personnel and Industrial Relations Policies, Competency and KPI Balance Scorecard
4. Good knowledge in Indonesia Labor Laws and Government Regulation
5. Developing HR system
6. Hard worker, dynamic and strong leadership
7. Fluent in English both oral and written
8. Proficient in computer and software within HR needs
9. Willing to be located in central and or east java area
