HR Generalist, Purchasing Supervisor

We're looking for passionate candidate to join us as HR Generalist!
 Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology
2. Comprehensive literacy on Recruitment, Employee Data, Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Labor related) is a plus.
3. Eager to learn, Hands-on experience with Accounting/Payroll/HRIS Software is a plus
4. Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
5. Good interpersonal skills, details oriented, and deadline focused.
6. Honestly and integrity in handling confidential data.

In this role you'll responsible for:

1. Recruitment
2. Employee record maintenance.
3. Responsible for database and administration both online and offline such as employee database, attendance report, allowance report, filing documents etc.
4. Responsible for payroll, overtime report, Tax, BPJS, and employee benefit.
5. Regular filing and archiving of Payroll information.
6. Complying with relevant legislation.

We're looking for passionate candidate to join us as Purchasing Supervisor!

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree any major (Preferably in Bussiness Studies/ Management/ Administration)
2. Age between 30-40 years old
3. Experienced with same position is required
4. Excellent in English communication skills both written and verbal (Mandarin or other language is a plus)
5. Having a good knowledge about Purchasing process will be an advantage
6. Experienced in manages all purchasing activity (Sourcing, Selection and Evaluating the vendors)
7. Good personal appereance and pleasant personality
