Our company now is looking for Influencer Management Staff to join our dynamic team. Please, kindly see the details below.

Job description:

1. Gathering contact list and searching for the new potential influencer to be engaged with Beautynesia
2. Has good understanding, able to do adjustment and fix project requirements with the sales team and sales
3. Giving brief and explanation to influencers about client's brief
4. Monitoring and managing influencers performance
5. Creating a progress report and manage payments
6. Manage project and achieve targets
7. Attending client's event to maintain influencers when needed

Qualification:

1. Minimal graduated from Bachelor Degree from any major
2. Experienced minimal 2 years in influencer management with influencers
3. Has good ability in project management and good communication
4. Good teamwork
5. Strong at problem-solving and logical thinking
6. Accurate, efficient, timely, detailed oriented and goal-oriented
7. Good initiative
8. Able to work under tight schedule and pressure
