CHIEF SALES & MARKETING HOTEL
Requirement :

• Male /  Female
• Min. Diploma Graduate
• SIM A / C
• Min. Experience 2 Years in Hotel Senior Sales position
• Able to work Independently or as a Team
• Customer and Result Oriented
• Good Communication and Leadership Skill
• Ability to Solve the Problem Internally or Externally
• Responsible for Budget Achievement ( Revenue / Expenses )
• Research the market on a continuing basis to determine where business comes from (Revenue Stream )
• Go on sales trip to promote and solicit business for the hotel
• Keeps well informed about the operations especially in key departments
• Maintain close contacts within the community and in neighbouring marketing areas
• Review internal promotion pieces on a regular basis to insure that all hotel promo material is up-to-date, visually effective and consistent with standards set by management.
• Coordinating all methods to maintain and increase business volume
• Prepare and present Sales and Marketing Achievement Report to Management ( Daily / Weekly / Monthly )
