Finance Intern

Hi everyone,
Advotics is currently looking for Finance Intern to join us as soon as possible with requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Final Year Student in Accounting major.
• Have internship experience working in the accounting field, preferably as Account Payable. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Have basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation policy
• Able to operate Microsoft application and accounting software
• Well-organized and multitasking individual

Responsibilities:

• Create Purchase Order
• Receive, verify and post vendor’s invoices and employee’s expense claim to the accounting system
• Documenting employee’s expense claim
• Charge expenses to GL accounts by analyzing invoice/expense claims
• Make recapitulation of AP aging
• Scheduling payment of vendor’s invoice/employee’s expense claim to vendor/employee
• Withhold taxes from vendor’s service invoice
• Create payment via internet banking
• Post bank statement to an accounting system
• Perform other duties as may be requested from time to time
