Customer Excellence Associate

If you happen to be a Customer Excellence Associate, or if you have a relevant background that matches these requirements:

• Must posess High School/Diploma/Bachelor degree (Hotel Management/Tourism/Hospitality background is a plus)
• At least 1 year of experience working in Hospitality industry
• Have proven experience as Customer Service Officer
• Able to work on a shift
• Good communication skill
• Posess customer facing skill & is customer oriented
• Have knowledge of company products
