NATIONAL SERVICE MANAGER

Jobdesc:

  1. Perform activities support related to pre & after sales
  2. Coordinate effectively with both office team
  3. Identifying individual & team learning & development needs
  4. Ensure that all services are delivered, clearly reported and documented
  5. Proactively monitor all pending jobs, follow-up with staff team closely, provide support whenever necessary
  6. Practice health and safety work requirement & procedure
  7. Facilitate service team for needed equipment
  8. Regulary reporting in writing to the management of all activitie, commercial, technical & personnel issues
  9. Evaluation of subcontractors quotation & select qualified subcontractors for field service work needed
  10. Approval of sparepart, maintenance, service, overhaul margin

Requirements:

  • S1 majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or any other related engineering field
  • Experienced in managing a big engineering team for at least 5 years
  • Having a technical background related to Syspex business (packaging & warehouse solution)
  • High inisiative and good leadership skill, detail oriented
  • Understand and having an ability to develop business
