We are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.

Your main responsibilities will include developing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, and recruiting new employees. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations.


  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
  • Manage health and life insurance programs.
  • Design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
  • Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Track department budgets.
  • Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.

Position: O2O Sales Supervisor Jabodetabek

We are looking for a passionate O2O Sales Spv to join our sales team. The Sales Spv's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

To be successful as an O2O Sales Officer, you should be persuasive and knowledgeable of eCommerce & Supply chain FMCG products, Cosmetics & drugs, sales forecast. Ultimately, an outstanding O2O Sales Spv should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills at all times.

O2O Sales Spv Responsibilities:

  • Understand the eCommerce & supply chain of FMCG products, Cosmetics & drugs.
  • Creating strategic plans, sales forecasts, and execution in achieving the Sales Team's Target
  • Understand & master the FMCG supply chain in the Jabodetabek area
  • Help & ensure the team works effectively, efficiently & optimally
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Developing strategic plans, sales forecast, and execute
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  • Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

O2O Sales Spv Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and eCommerce.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are an enabler e-commerce company looking for an analytical and creative Merchandiser to plan and implement merchandising strategies, collaborate with channel partners, and build customer relationships. The Merchandiser's responsibilities include understanding customer behavior, monitoring stock movements, managing inventory levels, ensuring product displays are appealing to customers and implementing promotional activities. You should also be able to handle supply problems and customer issues.

To be successful as a Merchandiser, you should be up-to-date with merchandising trends and product sales through attractive product promotions. Top candidates will have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, be able to handle pressure and satisfy customer expectations while meeting company objectives.

Preferable Product Category: FMCG, Food Ingredient, Pharmacy, Cosmetics.

Merchandiser Responsibilities:

  • Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
  • Analyzing sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to determine product needs.
  • Determining the need for and implementing product promotions, price changes, markdowns, clear outs, etc.
  • Cooperate with all teams to gain brand exposure to all platforms.
  • Liaising between customer and company.

Merchandiser Requirements:

  • High school diploma/Graduate.
  • Previous experience in merchandising or e-commerce preferred.
  • A degree in business, marketing, retail, or a related field may be preferred.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Valid driver's license.
