Accounting Finance and Tax Manager

PT Nusantara Terang Abadi, is a company engaged in the LED lighting distributor. Currently we are looking for potential candidates to fill the position of Accounting Finance and Tax Manager.

Location : Jl. Raya H. Tabri, Cirarab, Kec. Legok, Tangerang, Banten 15820

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to provide, ensure, and control financial statements to management and all financial process
• Responsible for the correctness of all accounting processes, supporting documents, and validation of all transactions recorded into the system
• ­­­­Confirm financial status by monitoring revenues and expenses, consolidation, and doing an evaluation of financial data
• Prepare a monthly financial statement, analysis, and other reports needed by the company
• Maintaining accounting control by establishing a chart of account, defining account policy and procedure / Worksheet / Workflow
• Establish proper policy / procedure for finance and accounting division if necessary
• Support for annual budget preparation and maintaining budget information in the system
• Responsible to provide all data for annual tax return preparation
• Responsible to provide and process all Company Tax (PPN, PPH, SPT - Yearly)
• Officer in charge to assist internal auditor and external auditor
• Protect organization value by keeping information confidential
• Contribute ideas to improve Accounting performance in the company
• Support financial data to BOD or others
• Building a positive working relationship and able to manage and motivate people in the team
• Others related to the scope of works

Job Requirements:

• Female and Maximum of 45 years old
• Experience in accounting field Familiar with accurate or other accounting system Fluent in English, both oral and written and Mandarin is a plus
• Has a minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
• Has experience in Manager position specialized in Finance, Accounting, Tax and Costing in Manufacturing or Public Accounting
• Required Skill : Finance, Accounting, and Taxation, especially related to Tax Office
• Deep knowledge in the best practice of Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Costing
• Minimum Bachelor degree from Accounting/Finance/Tax or Equivalent at a Reputable University
• Has Brevet A/B Certificate applied for Manager position
