 is looking for an HRGA MANAGER

Job Decription :
  • Developing and administering human resources and general affair plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HRGA department.
  • Contributing to the development of HRGA department goals, objectives, and systems.
Qualification :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Experience in educating and coaching staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
