Position: Warehouse Manager
Placement: South Minahasa, North Sulawesi

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager for Minahasa Selatan Plant to be part of our Winning Team.

We're craving for:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S-1) in Industrial Engineering or related major
• Minimum 5 years managerial level experiences in warehouse/PPIC/production
• Good knowledge in warehouse management & inventory management
• Good skill and knowledge in SAP, MPS, MRP, and Microsoft Office
• Hard worker, able to work under pressure, having the capability to work as a team
• Highly organized and creative, able to multitask and work under time limitations
• Having a positive attitude of courage, action-oriented, respectful, and enthusiasm

Responsibilities:

• Organizing a storage system for products produced in an orderly, controlled manner and performs stock administration functions accurately
• Managing the warehouse team, controlling and providing guidance, ensuring the process in the warehouse is safe / there are no work accidents
• Ensure that the product delivery process through container loading is documented, runs safely and that the loaded product is rechecked and is ensured that it is not damaged, controlled, and complies with food safety standards
• Manage the product packaging process in the warehouse neatly, recorded, and nothing is damaged
• Ensuring the food safety system in the warehouse is implemented with full responsibility
• Manage the process and administrative functions of product stock and is responsible for all equipment in the warehouse.
