Purchasing (Mandarin Expert)

PT Nusantara Terang Abadi, is a company engaged in the LED lighting distributor. Currently we are looking for potential candidates to fill the position of Purchasing (Mandarin Expert)

Job description:

1. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.
2. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
3. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
4. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
5. Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
2. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
3. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
5. Proficiency in Mandarin (oral and written) is a must.
6. Having good communication and negotiation skills.
7. The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment
8. Great organizational and planning skills
