Billing Officer

Hi, SMU Healthcare is urgently looking for Billing Officer

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/Banking or equivalent
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Familiar with ERP, AXAPTA,Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong analytical thinking & detail oriented
• Computer literate & good in Excel
• Good English in both oral & written
• Experience in Hospital/Healthcare industry will be an advantage
• Good communication ability
• Fast learner & able to work under pressure

Responsibilities :

• Process invoices according to deadlines using an ERP system & ensure that all documents are complete and accurate
• Follow-up collection & ensure AR is paid on time
• Work closely with internal & external teams to solve problems related to Finance/Billing
• Partnering with accounting team to send “Faktur Pajak” on time
• Ensuring “Tanda Bukti Potong pajak” is received in timely manner by liaising with hospital team
• Supports monthly closings according to deadlines
• Prepare payment for medical services (Accrual up to Payment) according to the deadline
• Monitor billed & unbilled payment and solve any related issues in timely manner
• Maintain a database of reports, manuals & with systems
