1. From Senior/ Vocational High School level or College (1 and 2)
2. From college (3 and 4)
3. Training period for 6 month
4. Self-motivated
5. Innovative thinking
6. Has good personality and attitude
7. Very discipline and well grommed
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
