Admin & GA Officer
We are hiring for :Admin & GA Officer
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all HR records and all employee’s information complete, accurate and updated
 - Business Trip Arrangement: Arrange ticket, accommodation, transport for the business trip
 - Support the administration of the recruitment and selection processes
 - Record keeping of office assets e.g. workstation labels, desktops/laptops label, etc.
 - Ensure the Cleanliness of work environment in entire office (workspace and meeting rooms)
 - Take up other duties/projects assistance as assigned
 
- Minimum D3 degree, preferable IT
 - Male/Female, 25 - 30 years old
 - 2 - 3 years of experiences in HR & GA is acceptable
 - Have good computer literate
 - High motivated, quick learner and have good conduct of behavior
 - Able to work in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skill and presentable
