Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling general affairs and office management
- Organize and provide administration support for team
- Manage document and filling
- Responsible for travel arrangement including transportation and accommodation
- Act as a liaison with vendor
- Prepare monthly expenses and reimbursement report
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant, General Affair, or relevant role
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent in MS Office
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
