PT Dwiyasa Gemilang Abadi is URGENTLY LOOKING FOR qualified, productive, and professional candidates for the following position:

HR & GA STAFF

Requirements:

• Max. 25 years old.
• Hold min. Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology from reputable university, with min. GPA 2.90 (in scale of 4.00).
• Experienced min. 2 year as HR & GA Staff or in the related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge in handling HR & GA administrative matters (e.g. recruitment, attendance record, managing personnel database & administration, business/assignment trips).
• Possess good ability in managing filing and documentation system.
• Able to handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority, demonstrate capability to meet required project timeframes.
• Responsible, with good initiative, adaptability, & able to work under pressure.
• Possess good personality, self-motivation, good interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia as well as in English (min. passively).
• Possess good analytical thinking & strong ability to analyze problems.
• Eager to learn, careful, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Sociable, willing to serve external and internal parties.
• This job assignment is located on: Alam Sutera
