HR Generalist

PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, sedang mencari posisi HR Generalist.

Responsibilities :
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Monitoring & controlling medical reimbursement, HR advance, and payment settlement
  • Conduct employee onboarding
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Law / equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, and at least 3 years experience related in Industrial Relation
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Familiar with HRIS
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and negotiation
  • Mastering Microsoft Office
