Customer Support Representative is a part of our Booking Operations Center (BOC) located in Jakarta. Our BOC is about 50 people and growing. It's a wonderful place to start your career at Deliveree. This position is quite similar to CS agent except that your work would be split between helping customers and fleet partners resolve challenges during bookings on our logistics platform. You will be answering chats, calls, and emails from customers and drivers to assist them with bookings on our platform. It's a busy, dynamic, and challenging position with great benefits.

Our City Coordinators are mobile across Java and spend their time in Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, or Surabaya which are all major expansion cities for Deliveree. The work is heavily weighted towards supply chain management. The role is very operational that we will expect you to be mobile and able to travel within the selected area. • Visiting warehouses, logistics facilities of corporate clients to understand and document their cargo and trucking requirements.
• Recruiting, training, setting up new drivers/trucks for business accounts in accordance with their requirements.
• Monitoring, managing, quality controlling ongoing service delivery to key corporate accounts.
• Building brand awareness and revenue channels to facilitate business growth.

Purpose of the role

Your primary responsibility will be to develop business layers of company applications, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure

What will you do?

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Revise, update, refactor and debug code

Your Skill and Experience

• Degree qualified in related subject
• 1+ years of experience in using .NET programming language
• Experience in defining micro services.
• Knowledge about CQRS Pattern, Event Sourcing is a big plus.
• A background in software engineering, software design or database design and architecture
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET/ASP.NET, DotNetCore, C#, EntityFramework ORM, LINQ
• Knowledge about relational databases: Postgresql, MySQL, MariaDb, etc..
• Knowledge about noSQL databases: mongodb, redis, neo4j, etc.. is a plus
• Knowledge about message broker: Kafka, RabbitMQ is a plus
• Demonstrable experience developing software in a SOA paradigm
• Experience designing or implementing public facing REST APIs
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS or Google
• Demonstrate strong technical understanding of system architectures and a proven track record in software engineering of large scale Microsoft .NET web-based applications leveraging some of the following technologies.
• Experience in defining and developing high-volume, horizontally scalable web architectures
• Experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on delivery

Nice to have

• Domain Driven Design (DDD), ReactJS and startup experience, hardworking and DevOps in general
