Job Description:
Working closely with CEO / Owners must have experience in Payroll process (attendance, leaves modules, etc) & calculate PPh21 for employee proficiency with payroll system (HRIS) and Ms. Excel (Count & Sum IF, V/h Lookup, Pivot Tables).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / HR Management / Law
  • Understand the Manpower Law, Government Regulations and Personality
  • Familiar with state labor laws
  • Analytical thinker, fast learner, detail and good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work under pressure situation with high integrity
  • Have expertise and understanding related to selection, recruitment, training and development, placement, employment contract
