PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee) is looking for Learning & Development Staff

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in psychology, human resources, business managment or equivalent
• Have certifivation such as CPLP would be a plus
• Min. 3 years experiences in training & development program from hotel management or F&B company
• Strong skills to implement various learning method ( e.g coaching, seminars, online training )
• Able to plan and implement an effective training curriculum, modules & sylabus
• Passionate about helping people learn & grow
• Have experience designing e learning courses & managing budgets

Job Descriptions:

• Ultimatelly you will help our company succeed by training and development its poeple
• Oversee day to day L7D operations
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses in L&D Department Analyze, evaluate, review and improve polices and business processes in L&D Department
• Analyze, create, plan and implement and organizational development needs
• Develop innovate, design, and implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training) both online and offline
• Assess, analyze, and evaluate the success of development plans and help employess make the most of learning opportunities
• Build relationships with 3rd party training providers design staple curriculums for all employess
