Job Description:

• Stakeholders Mapping & Engagement Strategy
• Assess stakeholder's expectations and provide the company with analysis and recommendations based on this assessment.
• Develop a proactive engagement strategy to foster collaboration and build mutually beneficial relationships.
• Stakeholders Feedback & Grievance Mechanism
• Building constructive relationships with stakeholders
• Facilitate support from the Village Government, Sub District Government, District Government and relevant stakeholders for land return and conflict resolution.
• Manage multistakeholder/association forums.

Special Requirements

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Business Communication, Forestry Science, or any related field.
• Min. 3 years proven working experience in Forestry, Mining, or Oil Palm Company
• Having experience in stakeholder engagement is preferable
• Deep understanding of Indonesian Government Regulation
• Understanding of Social Forestry (PS), Agrarian Reform Object Land (TORA)/PPTPKH, Human Rights and Environmental and Social Issues
• Competence on planning and organizing workflows, meetings and events
• Analytical with attention to detail and consequentiality make good decisions, recommendations towards resolution
• Proficient in English (both written and oral communication skills)

General requirement

• MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor
• MARITAL STATUS: Already & Not Married
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year
• PHYSICAL CONDITION: Non Disabled
