Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and Capability Leads in developing strategic initiatives from initiation to implementation stages.
- Assisting Capability Leads with demand and supply matters, requiring the PMO to coordinate with TFS, Recruiters, and Business Operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Willing to relocate to Semarang office
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with project management software and tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel)
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
