Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting and Capability Leads in developing strategic initiatives from initiation to implementation stages.
  • Assisting Capability Leads with demand and supply matters, requiring the PMO to coordinate with TFS, Recruiters, and Business Operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Willing to relocate to Semarang office
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
