Job Descriptions:

1. Using various platforms such as job portals, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), referrals, and internal databases to source a large number of Jagoan (Mobile Barista) candidates.
2. Actively sourcing candidates who match the hiring needs.
3. Conducting an initial screening of CVs or candidate applications based on predefined criteria.
4. Conducting end-to-end recruitment for Jagoan
5. Handling massive hiring.

Qualifications:

1. A university student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Management, or a related field.
2. Interested in recruitment, particularly in the massive hiring process.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of recruitment.
4. Possesses strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel) for recruitment administration.
6. Have a Laptop
