Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company databases (installation, configuration, performance tuning, backup & recovery).
- Develop and maintain internal applications or scripts to support business operations.
- Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Ensure database security, integrity, and availability.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand system requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience minimum 2 years.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
- Experience with database performance tuning and backup strategies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, PHP, or C#).
- Familiar with basic DevOps tools and scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
- Understanding of data security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks or web development.
Willing to work WFO (Cikarang, Bekasi)
