1. Business Intelligence Specialist

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• Have minimum 3 years experiences as Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Business Analytics, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented environment
• Proven experience in building BI dashboards, data models, and business reports to support management decision-making
• Exposure to financial and operational performance metrics, including revenue tracking, cost analysis, and profitability reporting
• Skills: Microsoft Excel expertise, SQL or Phyton for data analysis and automation, Power BI expertise
• Placement: Graha Anabatic, Tangerang

2. Project Manager IT

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Information Technology or related major
• Have minimum 1 years working experience as IT Project Manager in Contact Center or related field
