Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute IT-related projects
• Handle daily IT operations and end-user support
• Setup, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software
• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
• Manage server setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Provide timely technical support and problem resolution

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and servers
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
