Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute IT-related projects
- Handle daily IT operations and end-user support
- Setup, maintain, and upgrade hardware and software
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
- Manage server setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Provide timely technical support and problem resolution
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and servers
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
