We are currently looking for an IT Support to join our team!

📍Placement: Bandung

🏢Work Arrangement: WFO (Full Onsite)

💼Experience: 3–4 years

🎓Education: D3/S1 – Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait

🔧Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience as IT Support
• Strong understanding of LAN, WLAN/Wi-Fi, networking, and basic router/switch configuration (Mikrotik/Cisco)
• Experienced in troubleshooting and maintenance of PC, laptop, printer, scanner, projector, and CCTV
• Proficient in Windows OS installation & troubleshooting, including standard applications and antivirus
• Familiar with Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, Moodle/E-Learning, or SIAKAD
• Experienced in Computer-Based Testing (CBT) setup, including local server & client configuration for school examinations such as ANBK
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsive and able to prioritize technical issues effectively
