Solution Architect, DigitalVendor & Contract Management

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Role: Solution Architect

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 8–15 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect; large-scale and mission-critical projects highly preferred
• Architecture & Design: Strong mastery of application & integration architecture, data & analytics architecture, and security-by-design; proven experience designing distributed, scalable systems, API-based and event driven architectures, and microservices/modular architectures; able to define architecture patterns, standards, and design guidelines
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud and SaaS applications; strong understanding of network, identity & access management, endpoint security, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance engineering; experience with cost optimization and capacity planning
• Integration & Data: Expertise in application integration (API, messaging, etc), data integration, data governance and data quality; familiarity with cloud data platforms and analytics solutions; strong stakeholder engagement and documentation;
• Bahasa Indonesia + English working proficiency.

Role: Digital Vendor & Contract Management

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Min. 3+ years experience in Digital IT Vendor Management, Contract Management, or Technology Procurement on large-scale programs
• Technical: Strong understanding of technology contract management, including commercial terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and third-party vendor management
• Domain (preferred): Knowledge of applicable regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements related to procurement processes and vendor engagements; ability to perform cost analysis and efficiency assessments, including Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) and Cost Efficiency Analysis, for third party services and solutions
• Delivery: Strong risk analysis and assessment capabilities; strong negotiation and stakeholder management; structured documentation and reporting discipline
• Language: Bahasa Indonesia + English working proficiency.
