Job Requirements

Event/Marketing Communications

• 2 years of experience in Event Organizer/Marketing Department for premium shopping mall, hospitality, or large-scale retail industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience in conception and handling successful Mall Events, Shopping Promotion programs, and Customer Retention Management (Loyalty Program)
• Digital marketing and brand building expertise, including social media and online advertising
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Agile, communicative, and able to work collaboratively within a team

Marketing Communications Manager

• 5 years of experience in a Senior Managerial & Leadership role in Marketing Department for premium shopping mall, hospitality, or large-scale retail industry
• Proven ability to create and lead long-term marketing strategies that align with corporate business goals, traffic, and increase high-value tenant engagement
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in conception and handling successful Mall Events, Shopping Promotion programs, and Customer Retention Management (Loyalty Program)
• Digital marketing and brand building expertise, including social media and online advertising
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Mechanical Electricity & Plumbing Engineer Advisor

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical
• Minimum 5 years of experience as project manager/consultant
• Able to perform Quality and Quantity Control for MEP installations
• Strong product knowledge of up-to-date MEP materials
• Proven ability in MEP design review and efficient design creation
• Created design concepts mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Detail-oriented, resilient, and possesses a strong human approach
• Creative thinker with a focus on Value Engineering for budget efficiency

Internal Audit

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in an Audit System role within the premium shopping mall, hospitality, or retail industry
• Understanding of applicable accounting principles, financial standards, and audit procedures
• Skilled in verbal and written communication to convey audit findings to the team or management
• Fluent in using MS Office (Excel)
